TelePastor is a product of MCN TeleServices, LLC, formally My Client Notes, LLC. We were incorporated in 2015.
MCN TeleServices founder and equity partners are Christian business people with hearts to serve Christ and our community. We founded our company to fulfill that greater purpose. After much prayer and research, our team decided that churches, now more than ever, need a tool that helps pastors reach deeper into their churches to help the hurting and the lost. We do our best to help pastors follow that Jesus said to Peter in John 21:17b (NIV): "Feed my sheep." We have all served in churches and ministries for a number of years. Our mission is to serve Christ and help pastors take care of their flocks. Let us help you and your staff members take care of yours.
MCN TeleServices, LLC, is one of the largest telemedicine providers in the United States, based on the large number of professional providers available in our panel. Our biggest focus in the 15 billion-dollar industry of Telemedicine is Behavioral Health. That being said, TelePastor is for churches and pastors and not professional therapists. Our professional therapists are fully vetted. We confirm their licensing credentials, require valid malpractice insurance, and do a background check. We believe there is a big difference between professional therapy and pastoral counseling of a church member. If you need to refer to a professional therapist, we are associated with the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
In today's age, security is important, especially when transmitting the kinds of private conversations that take place between pastors and their church members. At TelePastor, our HIPAA-compliant, secure video platform allows pastors and their staff more flexibility in serving parishioners remotely, whether they are homebound or dealing with scheduling conflicts.
Parishioners seek out their pastors for counseling for several reasons. While some congregants may require professional counseling, their pastor is the one they trust and respect and often the first person they turn to for help. We hope our service will bless those that use TelePastor.
